Sorry for the delay in replying to your email, I have been out of office since the 22nd.
Firstly I would like to thank Jon and his daughter for the day. They were both very professional and extremely nice. Nothing was too much. Every person who attended commented on them.
The food was superb, perfectly cooked and very tasty. As people were arriving the smells coming from the roast were mouth-watering. There was more than enough to go around with plenty left over. The setup was not too over powering and meant people were not waiting long for the food. Overall I would definitively recommend and use The Spitting Pig Co again as everything was excellent.
