Hog Roast Dewsbury Helps ABLP Hestia Ltd Celebrate A Huge Corporate Milestone!

Hog Roast DewsburyThere’s nothing we love more than helping our regular clients celebrate something special – and this week, Hog Roast Dewsbury had the absolute pleasure of joining Bev and her crew at ABLP Hestia Limited for a day full of food, fun, and well-earned celebration!

The party took place at Lady Ann House, right in the heart of Shaw Cross Business Park in Dewsbury. Bev, who’s been a loyal client of ours for years, got in touch to say her company had achieved a major acquisition (congrats again, Bev and team!). Naturally, that kind of milestone calls for something a bit special – and what better way to mark the occasion than with a proper hog roast feast?

Our very own Jon led the charge for this one, arriving bright and early to set up and make sure everything was cooked to perfection in time for the 12:30pm serve. The aroma of slow-roasted pork wafting through the business park definitely turned a few heads – and by the time we started carving, the crowd of 70 hungry guests were more than ready to tuck in!

Front and centre was our whole roasted free-range pig, complete with golden crackling, freshly made apple sauce, and our signature sage and onion stuffing. Alongside that, Hog Roast Dewsbury fired up the grill for handmade British beef burgers, butchers’ sausages, and the show-stopping Louisiana sticky pork ribs – fall-off-the-bone perfection!

Hog Roast DewsburyOf course, we didn’t forget our vegetarian and vegan guests. They were treated to colourful grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers (minus the halloumi for the vegans), served with wraps, creamy tzatziki, and a sweet-chilli kick. We also dished up our vegan pulled jackfruit buns drenched in smoky hickory BBQ sauce and topped with crunchy slaw – a total hit even with the meat lovers.

To round things off, guests got to mix and match from a spread of fresh salads – from classic Caesar and gourmet coleslaw to vibrant Thai and tomato mozzarella. Add in some buttery roasted new potatoes, and Hog Roast Dewsbury’s buffet table looked pretty unbeatable.

It was a brilliant afternoon full of happy faces, full plates, and plenty of cheers for ABLP Hestia’s success. Congratulations again, Bev – here’s to many more milestones (and more hog roasts!) ahead!
