Hog Roast Malton – Making it a Trilogy for Our Customer

Hog Roast Malton There are some customers that just love our service so much the first time that they cannot help but make us their de-facto caterer for the future. It is these customers that we really enjoy working with at Hog Roast Malton because over time we are able to develop a bit of a bond and a working relationship that sometimes goes slightly beyond our job. When it is annual events that we return to again and again we get to see how that person’s life may have changed since the last time we saw them, how their kids have grown up year on year, how their career has drastically changed – especially in such cases where we are brought in explicitly to cater for a celebration of a job promotion or business launch.

Hog Roast MaltonIt is one of the best parts of being a caterer: developing those real relationships with your customers over time. Working with people is why we came to this industry in the first place. Unlike a regular kitchen role where we might be stuck at the back, never to see the customer, with catering everyone is front of house all the time. Our chefs and servers meet, chat, and get to know our guests at events every single time. With recurring customers and events, you start to recognise faces quite quickly and look forward to the next time you get that call to come back again.

One such customer in Malton that we have loved coming back to going on three years has been Val. Val has been utilising our services for her annual garden party for three years. This year we were fortunate enough to have the sun stay out the whole time, making this garden party all the more special for the thirty something guests in attendance. Adding to the sunniness of the day, Hog Roast Malton made sure to serve up plenty of fresh foods, ranging from our signature hog roast to fresh slaw, salads, and even our very own freshly made fries.

It was a wonderful afternoon and we are already looking forward to doing it all again next year, if Val will have us once again!
