The nights are starting to get lighter which is great news for all the Spitting Pig Yorkshire team. This particularly light evening the team were catering a hog roast in Laneshawbridge for a 60th birthday. This team set up on the dance floor in the marquee to feed the hungry guests the hog roast feast in Laneshawbridge that they had been smelling all evening, this with the addition of a whole roasted Scottish salmon, new potatoes and freshly prepared salads. The tomato and mozzarella with fresh basil and Tuscan olive oil really adding colour to the table and also the feeling that 
summer is well and truly on its way. The team was also joined by Steve from head office who loves to jump in and help out in the busier times, it also gives him first-hand experience of the attention the customer receives when booking a hog roast with Spitting Pig Yorkshire. Needless to say Steve was impressed, as were the birthday boy and his one hundred friends and family. A job well done in Laneshawbridge. Good work Spitting Pig Yorkshire.
