Hog Roast Bradford’s catering team cooked up a storm recently when they prepared a traditional hog roast with plenty of sides for a lively summer get-together. This event was organised by our client Nick, on behalf of all three of The Ridge Medical Practice location teams who came together for an afternoon of great food and company at The Bradford Ukrainian Centre last month.
The highlight of this event was undoubtedly the traditional hog roast that Hog Roast Bradford cooked to perfection. The succulent meat was slow-roasted until it was golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside before being served up with a variety of sides.
The guests were spoilt for choice with the selection of accompaniments that included fresh salads, homemade sage and onion stuffing, crispy crackling and piping hot roasted new potatoes. Accommodating every set of taste buds, our catering team also prepared delicious vegetarian grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers with flatbreads and tzatziki dip and succulent halal chicken kebabs. To the guests’ delight, everything was served on wooden bamboo crockery with matching cutlery.
The event was made even more special by the lovely setting of The Bradford Ukrainian Centre. With its spacious and well-maintained gardens, guests were able to enjoy their food while taking in the beautiful scenery.
The staff at Hog Roast Bradford worked tirelessly to ensure that the event was a success. Our team were professional, courteous, and efficient in their work, ensuring that the food was served on time and to the highest standard. They also took the time to respond to any questions the guests had and were happy to share our wealth of cooking knowledge with those interested in learning more about the hog roasting process.
All in all, the event proved to be a great success, with everyone enjoying the delicious food that was on offer, and the excellent service provided by Hog Roast Bradford’s catering team. It was a wonderful opportunity for the teams from The Ridge Medical Practice to come together and enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed and informal setting.
