Martin is the director of a tech sales company that was created during lockdown in 2020. Since then the company has been growing steadily and is currently in the process of expanding to other countries outside of the UK. To help with the expansion, Martin is currently organising an open day for his business to showcase the products and services that he provides. Alongside the demonstrations and tours, he also wanted to provide catering for the occasion to turn the day into a well-rounded event. For the menu, Hog Roast Bubwith was contacted and hired to provide a classic hog roast for the occasion, alongside a few additional dishes to ensure that there is something for everyone.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Bubwith team arrived at the venue and began setting up our catering station in the car park. We began by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it was cooked to perfection before it was expertly carved by our chef. We also prepared succulent pork sausages and veggie sausages. The mains were served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For the side dishes, we provided homemade chips and a selection of salad dishes to create a balanced and nutritious lunch for the guests and staff to enjoy. Our menu was a great addition to the event and was a big success with everyone in attendance!
