This spring, Hog Roast Boroughbridge has been hired to cater for a craft fair taking place at a local town hall. The hall hosts fairs regularly, as the venue is ideal for setting up stalls indoors and in the car park, providing plenty of space for vendors and crafters to showcase their work. For their upcoming spring craft fair, Hog Roast Boroughbridge was hired to cater for the occasion as a way to attract more guests and to encourage people to browse for longer. We were asked to serve a classic hog roast, with a few additional dishes to ensure that there would be something for everyone to enjoy on the day.
In preparation for the event, the Hog Roast Boroughbridge team is planning on arriving at the venue with plenty of time to prepare for the 12:00pm start time. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and preparing the succulent pork sausages and veggie sausages, which will be served in fresh bread rolls to the guests. The main dishes will be accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling, as well as a selection of salad dishes and homemade chips. Overall, this menu is sure to be a great addition to the event as it has something for every guest to enjoy and will provide a break from shopping to sit down and enjoy a tasty lunch!
