Jasmine and Alice moved into a new home in Yorkshire earlier this year, with both of them moving out of their family home for the first time. In the last few months, the pair have been busy decorating their home and filling it with all of their belongings. They wanted their home to be a perfect reflection of them, with lots of bright colours throughout and plenty of busy décor. During April they have been focussing on the garden, creating a small vegetable patch and planting lots of beautiful flowers and plants. Now that they are satisfied and comfortable in their home, the pair decided that it was finally time to host a housewarming party. The event is set to take place in May, with Hog Roast York hired to cater for the occasion. There will be plenty of family and friends in attendance, with everyone wanting to check out the renovations and see what Jasmine and Alice have been so busy with. For the menu, our catering manager Jon has been hired to provide a delicious BBQ menu in the garden, which is sure to be a great addition to the spring party.
On the day of the event, Jon and the Hog Roast York team will arrive at the private home in the afternoon and set up our catering station in the garden. We will begin by preparing the main dishes, which will include succulent pork sausages, British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. The dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls and accompanied by homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a green leaf salad. Our menu is sure to be a great addition to this event and the Hog Roast York team is looking forward to getting to work!
