Hog Roast Ripon work with many corporate clients to provide catering to events. Our corporate catering services offer business clients the vital (and delicious tools) to fuel various business meetings, networking events, and every so often as a worthwhile break and reward to their employees. The other week it was the latter option that long-time Hog Roast Ripon business partner Angela and her local car dealership firm requested to give her team a well-deserved break with some great foods and company. When calling Angela told us that she was delighted with the recent progress of her relatively new and young team in the dealership, so as thanks she wanted to throw an all-out barbecue and buffet for the whole team to relax a little on a quieter afternoon.
While Angela surprised her team by closing up shop early the Hog Roast Ripon team had been hard at work behind the scenes since early in the morning, allowing us to aid in the surprise by wheeling out a fully finished hog roast as soon as Angela told her team the good news. The dealership team were told to ditch their lunchtime sandwiches and plans, because Hog Roast Ripon had something far better for them!
For the team of 12 our hog roast was more than apt to feed all, but of course no Hog Roast Ripon lunch would be complete without its accompaniment of freshly made coleslaw, Caesar salad, a potato salad and a roasted new potato option, our chefs handmade gourmet beef burgers, roasted halloumi and veg skewers, and plenty of gluten free bread rolls and wraps to mop everything up with. More than enough food to feed this team for a week – and we hear that that’s exactly what is happening now with the team boxing up the many leftovers to keep enjoying at the office for the next week of lunches!
It was a wonderful afternoon with Angela’s team all massively enjoying their break and certainly wolfing down as much of our foods as they could before then getting to head home early from work.
