Howarth Timber Ltd, located on Claro Road in Harrogate recently celebrated their third birthday with an open day available to the trade and to the public and guess what; Hog Roast Harrogate were also invited to cater for breakfast and a hog roast lunch!  Howarth Timber have branches (no pun intended!) throughout the UK and Harrogate is one of the most recent ones to open supplying timber, electrical and building materials to public and trade alike.

Hog Roast Harrogate, has delivered corporate event hospitality alongside catering for private parties and wedding events for many years and is renowned for very high-quality food and services and whilst this was for over 200 guests it was nothing we couldn’t handle.   For corporate events, it is crucial to have wide selection of food to serve as clients’ expectations are often quite different ranging from formal dining to grass-roots paper plate events and from less than 100 participants to over 500.

We arrived well before we were due to serve to setup and liaised with Dale who gave us the likely serving times for breakfast and lunch.  The bacon rolls went down a treat and as we were setting up and started roasting the hog for lunch, the delicious aromas caught the attention of some nearby guests who became immediately interested in what we would be serving.  The feedback from many of the diners was that they had not tasted a hog roast as delicious as this and that all of the food that we served was first class.
