From weddings and christening to birthdays and even corporate events, Hog Roast Bramham are the catering team for you! Over the past decade we have been busy catering delicious hog roasts up and down the country, getting our name out there so that when people think of quality hog roast catering, they think of Hog Roast Bramham! This week we had a very special event on our hands, catering at our clients 60th birthday party at Terry Lug Farmhouse in Bramham. Hog Roast Bramham catering manager Jon was in charge of the planning of the food for this event and made sure that no detail was missed as he prepared the menu.
We had been briefed to prepare enough food for approximately one hundred and ten guests that would consist of friends and family of the birthday guest of honour and we had been asked to make our classic menu four. This menu option consists of our tradition Hog Roast Bramham served alfresco style as a great way to enjoy our food as a relaxed informal meal. Jon made sure that all of the guests would be able to enjoy the Hog Roast Bramham by creating some delicious grilled vegetable and haloumi skewers, served with pitta breads and a tzatziki dip for the vegetarian option. We would also be cooking up some fantastic butcher’s selection sausages and some hand cooked chips for extra measure.
As we had a serve time of 5.30pm we would have plenty of time to get everything prepared. The reason we had such a strict schedule was that we had to have completed serving for when the entertainment started- a Madness cover band! By the end of the event I think our Hog Roast Bramham had enjoyed ourselves just as much as our guests which is always a brilliant perk of the job!
