Summer is here and with it a very busy and fun season of catering ahead of us. With so many people wanting to have al fresco events, we are always kept on our toes, and here at Hog Roast Pickering, we love travelling the length and breadth of the local area, providing mountains of hog roast sandwiches and varied, freshly made menus for our clients.
Whilst we all want fun in the sun, the Great British weather may of course have other ideas! Don’t let worrying about the heavens opening put you off hosting your dream event outdoors though – Hog Roast Pickering can cater for all types of outdoor events in any type of outside space, and we can adapt our plans if the weather is not looking favourable on the day.
If you don’t want us to cater in the open air, we are also very accustomed to catering in marquees, tepees and tents. We can also bring along our own catering gazebo for preparing and serving the food – it is entirely up to you. Our mobile catering units offer us the flexibility to be able to cater wherever we need to, and to adapt to changing weather conditions as necessary. Our compact hog roast machines are designed for outdoor use in all weathers. We can cater in a remote space as we don’t need mains power. As our machines have a robust set of wheels, we can also prepare our food in one area and easily transport our equipment and prepared dishes to another area for service.
We are experts in all aspects of outdoor catering, and the logistics involved. We can quickly get comfortable in any environment and within a few minutes of setting up, we will look like we have always been there! This won’t be the case when we leave though – every scrap of rubbish and food waste will be carefully removed and diligently disposed of or recycled off-site, leaving no trace that we were ever there.
