Your main course is either a flame-roasted free-range hog roast complete with our homemade sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce and crispy crackling made from the skin, or if you fancy something a bit more traditional at this time of year, we can cook up turkeys, whole-roasted over flames and accompanied by our stuffing and fresh cranberry sauce. Examples of mains for special diets include our vegan pulled jackfruit buns with slaw on the side, vegetarian halloumi skewers or even gluten-free pigs in buns, and with the latter, our hog roast is already suitable but we simply take along gluten-free rolls and wraps as well.
In terms of sides, we make cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets, cook a selection of vegetables and roast potatoes together with fresh garlic and rosemary and it’s all smothered in our delicious homemade onion gravy. Dessert of traditional mince pies and warm brandy cream is then an excellent conclusion to a scrumptious, filling, festive meal.
