Hog roast Hebden Bridge with racks of chicken and lamb

It has been few months over the winter we have just done a hog roast in Hebden Bridge and we did not know what to expect at Easter time and how busy we may or may not be. We are a family run business avid hog roasters that turned a hobby into a full time job. We received a telephone call last week asking if we could cater for a wedding with a hog roast in Hebden Bridge over the Easter weekend we were so excited as this is the first wedding we have ever done this year, we were more than happy to oblige and we were asked to cater for the day and evening event. We set off and headed for the hall a listed building that has vast history and now mainly used for wedding venues. Upon arrival we were greeted by the grooms parents and we ran through the menu just to double check that none of the guests had any allergies or special dietary requirements. corporate-menu-2Soon we were cooking and the hall was filled with a wonderful aroma hog roast Hebden Bridge we were soon cooking a three course lunch we were preparing and were well organised. The evening event was more casual still at the same venue we were asked to provide a sandwich buffet, we cooked racks of chicken and lamb and made sandwiches with jacket potatoes and fillings we were really tired at the end of the day but to be honest the day just flew by as by time we cleared away the day meal we were starting to prepared for the evening, the day has given us fantastic experience and Hog roast hire are growing in strength we have pushed our selves and are always up for a challenge. We have just recently started our website and it is proven to be popular receiving hundreds of hits per week, we would be so grateful if customers would leave us feed back if we have did a good job then let our perspective customers know and we are so grateful for the good feedback we have already received and cannot wait to see what the year ahead has in store for us.
