We have been so busy and have not had time to turn around, even last month through all the deep snow our customers were not put off and we travelled the length of the UK braving the bad weather! February has been lovely and it is nice to see the nights getting a little lighter and the sun peeping through the clouds! I think everyone is looking forward to the summer and we are fully booked all through the summer. 
We are normally quieter at the beginning of the year but this year has been different as we have been so busy it has been one event after another we had a 70th Birthday last week hog roast Riddlesden catering took place the lady was adorable and a hog roast Riddlesden caterer herself back in her youth although she had never actually tasted hog roasting before and she really enjoyed the food, we then catered for a leaving party a gentleman was leaving his work place after fifty years service and it was really quite an emotional day all his work colleagues and family and friends turned up and all said wonderful things about the man there wasn’t a dry eye when the gentleman stood up and said his speech it was wonderful. We then did an eighteenth party it was an evening event and really busy and extremely loud! There was hundreds of hungry mouths to feed and a fantastic time was had, the girl who’s birthday it was couldn’t thank us enough she was so grateful and did not really know what to expect from hog roasting but she was really blown away at the quality and quantity of the food as too where her guests even though quite a few were a bit worse for wear due to the alcohol, but another great party had by all looking forward to many more!
